Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time depends on:

  • Product type
  • Order size
  • Artwork approval (if applicable)
  • Current production volume

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Shipping Rates

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because many of our products are custom-made and printed to order, additional production time may be required before shipping.

Production begins after your order is received and, when applicable, your artwork has been approved.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

GameTime Custom Designs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed:

  • Check your tracking information.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
  • If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team.

We will gladly help investigate shipping issues whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos when contacting us.

We'll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship in separate packages.

If this happens, each shipment will include its own tracking information.
